An art exhibit exploded in a London Gallery due to gaseous build up of dead fish.  Dead fish were enclosed in plastic bags, mainly to avoid the smell, but no one considered what would happen when decomposition mixed with the potassium permanganate in the bags (to reduce odor).   No one was hurt….except maybe the fish.
